Meet Chef Mia
Welcome, I’m Chef Mia, founder of WildSpice. I've spent more than 15 years transforming healthy cooking into extraordinary dining experiences that nourish the body and delight the senses.
My journey was quite unconventional: from graduate studies at Princeton University to six years traveling the globe playing poker professionally. That path became a pursuit of peak performance that led me to focus on optimizing nutrition to ensure I perform and feel my best.
Along the way, I immersed myself in the food cultures of four continents, falling in love with the diverse spices, herbs, and culinary techniques, weaving them into a healthy, upgraded style that is adventurous yet crowd-pleasing.
