The ultimate summer harvest dish you never knew you needed. One of the standout dishes I experienced last year on my Europe trip, recreated with Oregon produce and served with Herbed Quinoa & Cauliflower Rice

Caribbean-Ethiopian Fusion Lamb & Summer Vegetable Stew with Coconut Quinoa

Take a trip to the tropics with tender pasture-raised lamb from SuDan farm in Canby, OR, marinated and stewed in my favorite uniquely delicious fusion spice creation alongside summer favorites such as heirloom tomatoes. Medium spicy for a flavorful kick 🌶️

Chinese Five-Spice Turkey Wings with Roasted Baby Potatoes and Purple Cauliflower

Juicy air-fried turkey wings from the pastures of Champoeg Farm in Paul, Oregon, perfumed with the aromatic traditional five-spice blend from my childhood home of Northern China. Paired with creamy roasted baby potatoes and stunning purple cauliflower.

A refreshing chef-crafted summertime treat for a sweet finish to our feast, with juicy, freshly picked peaches.

*Organically grown or wild ingredients used whenever possible, and all dishes will be naturally gluten- and dairy-free. You may choose either an omnivore ticket or keep your dinner completely plant-based, but any additional customization will not be possible due to the scope of the event. Menu may change depending on ingredient availability, culinary inspiration, and acts of the food gods.

Refund policy: Because we have limited space and will be preparing well in advance, tickets are non-refundable. You may transfer it to another person if you cannot make the dinner.
