Welcome, I’m Mia! Ever since I was little, I’ve loved turning simple ingredients into wonderful meals. Not just a passion, food has also been an important part of my journey towards better health, sparking a lifelong quest to create dishes that are as amazing for you as they taste.

Over the years, I’ve experimented with all sorts of ingredients and culinary techniques. I realized a lot of the common foods we eat aren't optimized for nutrition or flavor—they're just survival food, really. But nowadays, we’ve got access to an incredible range of ingredients and cooking methods that can truly transform your daily eating experience. Meals can be both scrumptious and packed with nutrients, far beyond what you typically find at home or even in most restaurants.

I’ve discovered that for longevity, reducing stress, and overall health, making organic plants the star of your meals—and keeping things gluten-free and dairy-free—works wonders for me and many others.

My culinary travels have taken me to four continents, from the vibrant markets of the Caribbean to the bustling streets of East Asia. Each place has given me countless inspirations and invaluable lesson about flavorful cooking. Now, I'm bringing these global tastes straight to your table. By incorporating a myriad of spices and herbs from all over the world, I ensure each meal is a flavorful epicurean adventure. My mission is to create healthy meals that are as satisfying as they are nourishing, moving far beyond the usual salads and into a world of exquisite, flavor-packed dishes.

I approach cooking with care, knowledge, and love so that your meals gives you better energy and health to enjoy life. Every ingredient matters. I steer clear of the traditional high-fat, high-salt, high-sugar culinary school cooking approach, choosing instead to focus on fresh, wholesome ingredients. The result? Meals that taste incredible AND help you feel great.

When I’m not in the kitchen, you can find me tending to my microgreens farm or enjoying Oregon’s beautiful outdoors.
